IT AV Support Student

Position Type: Student

Location: Richmond Campus

Position works within the IT Academic Technology team, consisting of Students and IT professionals, in the daily support and maintenance of Audio-Visual technologies throughout EKU's 400+ technology equipped spaces.

Education: Must be enrolled at EKU

Student currently enrolled as a Major in an IT/Technical field and looking for experience with AV/IT hardware systems and wiring

• 25% - Troubleshooting and supporting AV technology systems in classrooms, conference rooms, event spaces, and other areas as requested from Faculty and Staff technology users - (Essential)
• 25% - Installing and configuring new AV technologies as directed by Academic Technology Engineering - (Essential)
• 25% - Administering System Updates, Testing, and Maintenance activities in all 400+ EKU campus technology spaces and documenting assets and escalated issues - (Essential)
• 25% - Writing/updating problem ticket logs, system technical information, and asset control documentation - (Essential)
