Responsibilities Include:
- Lead the design and architecture of Service Now solutions, including custom applications and integrations, that meet client needs and industry best practices.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams to ensure the successful execution of Service Now projects.
- Perform assessments and evaluations of existing Service Now implementations, offering recommendations for improvements.
- Responsible for developing/administering technical solutions on the Service Now platform to satisfy the business needs of the IT department and beyond.
- 5 to 8 years' experience in administration/implementation/configuration of Service Now in the areas of ITSM, ITBM, ITOM, ITAM (not limited to) and Scoped Application solution.
