Service Now Admin
Duration: 12+ Months
Location:
Richmond, VA, Plano, TX, McLean, VA
JD:
- Looking for Service Now platform administrators, not developers.
- Managing Service Now platform.
- Working with the team and responsible for managing daily maintenance and upgrades or new features/plug-ins.
- Various in-house application integration with Service Now.
- Prefer to have AWS skillset as well - cloud infrastructure and support at some level - EC2, S3, Rehydration, CICD Pipelines-Jenkins.
- Server experience - looking at servers in the cloud.
- Handling requests from the enterprise side - for example, integrating Service Now with Slack.
- Enterprise level support.
- Windows/Linux experience to support infrastructure in the cloud would also be helpful.
- AWS Dev Ops is preferred.
- Service Now certification is preferred.
Need banking client experience.
