Salary Range: $150K-$170K/Annum
Job Description:
- We are looking for an experienced Account Manager with a strong Insurance domain background and prior experience in Delivery Management along with sales mining and farming responsibilities.
- The ideal candidate should have the ability to manage existing client relationships, drive account growth, identify new opportunities, and collaborate with delivery teams to ensure successful client engagement.
- Manage and grow existing Insurance accounts through farming and account mining activities.
- Build strong relationships with key client stakeholders including CXO, VP, Director, and business leaders.
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling IT services and digital transformation solutions.
- Drive revenue growth within existing accounts by expanding service lines and opening new business units/LOBs.
- Work closely with delivery teams to ensure successful execution and customer satisfaction.
- Own account planning, forecasting, pipeline management, and account governance.
- Participate in strategic discussions, QBRs, and executive reviews with clients.
- Collaborate with presales and solution teams for proposal creation and solution positioning.
- Ensure client retention, account profitability, and long-term partnership growth.
- Support contract negotiations, renewals, and commercial discussions.
- 10+ years of overall experience in IT Services / Consulting.
- Strong Insurance domain experience, preferably in:
- P&C Insurance
- Life Insurance
- Reinsurance
- Brokers / Insur Tech
- Prior experience in Delivery Management / Program Management.
- Proven experience in farming, mining, and growing existing accounts.
- Experience managing large enterprise Insurance clients.
- Understanding of digital transformation, cloud, data, analytics, and application services.
- Strong stakeholder management and client-facing skills.
- Existing relationships with Insurance industry stakeholders.
- Experience handling global delivery models.
- Ability to work with offshore and onsite teams.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Experience working with Tier-1 IT Services organizations is preferred.
