Core competencies are as listed below: - Experience in several public sector projects in a lead role
- Expert in encumbrance accounting
- Ability to coordinate and lead cross module issues
- Overall Finance module expertise
- Working knowledge in PPM/Grants is desirable
- At least 50% travel to Washington DC - client site
