Technical Project Manager - III

Overview

We are looking for a Technical Project Manager to lead and manage complex mid to large-scale infrastructure projects and programs. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in program and release management, infrastructure operations, and stakeholder communication. This role involves working closely with technology teams, including engineers, architects, and operations, to ensure successful delivery of mission-critical applications and services.

• Manage and execute complex mid to large-scale projects or programs.
• Review project schedules, budgets, staffing, and risks; monitor and control costs.
• Provide technical leadership to project managers, product owners, engineers, and scrum masters.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders and leadership throughout project phases.
• Apply advanced project management tools and techniques to ensure deliverables are met.
• Manage releases and oversee the release lifecycle.
• Provide after-hours or weekend support and participate in on-call rotations as needed.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent technical experience.
• 5–7 years of infrastructure knowledge or experience managing large-scale data centers.
• 5–7 years of experience in program/product management.
• 5–7 years of experience with release management.
• Experience working with technology teams, including design/build engineers, operations, and architects.

• Experience supporting mission-critical applications in a 24x7 environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent time-management and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite, MS Project, and Gantt charts.
• Experience with operating systems, databases, middleware, and network technologies.
• Familiarity with engineering tools, processes, and best practices.
• Experience with Agile development and Scaled Agile Framework.
