• Lead role in modeling, designing, developing, and testing Power BI semantic layers, reports, and dashboards.
• Driving work streams and deliverables to completion with team members.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, along with presentation skills using data visualizations for effective story telling.
• Ability to quickly understand data, relationships, meaning from a business perspective.
• Ability to lead other team members to achieve team goals in an effective and efficient manner.
• Ability to review and evaluate acceptable work products of other developers.

• Advanced Power BI Semantic layer data modeling and development.
• Deep understanding and experience working with relational databases.
• Advanced SQL experience.
• Advanced Power Query skills and experience (merging, appending, and transforming datasets).
• Advanced M experience (using M to shape and create custom logic and applied transformations).
• Advanced DAX experience (ability to create a wide array of complex custom columns and measures to transform data into required business metrics).
• Advanced understanding of Power BI Service (publishing reports, scheduling automated refreshes, troubleshooting refresh failures).
• Deep understanding of general Power BI standards and best practices.
• Minimum 5-8 years of Power BI development experience.
• Minimum 5-8 years working in MS Azure environments and SQL databases.
• Minimum 5-8 years of working with SQL.
• Minimum 5 years of leading teams to develop and implement analytics solutions.
