People Soft BA – Hybrid-Remote People Soft Interface Coordinator

Local required. W2 Contract Only.

Support critical interface testing, integration activities, and ongoing support across multiple agencies and systems.

• 5+ years of People Soft interface experience in a functional or hybrid functional/technical role.
• Strong understanding of People Soft interface architecture, flat-file processing, and error resolution.
• Experience coordinating interface testing across multiple stakeholders and work streams.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage high volumes of concurrent activities.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work directly with business users and external agencies.
• Technical background as a People Soft Interface Developer, with progression into a functional or techno-functional role.

• Experience with People Tools and core People Soft technical components.
• Experience with People Soft Financials and/or HCM modules.
• Familiarity with SFTP/FTP and file transfer tools such as MOVEit, WinSCP, or File Zilla.

• Coordinate interface testing and integration activities between internal teams and external agencies.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for interface issues, testing results, and remediation efforts.
• Troubleshoot interface failures, identify errors, and coordinate resolution across stakeholders.
• Maintain documentation, testing processes, and agency-specific interface requirements.
• Ensure agencies follow established testing procedures, timelines, and support processes.
