This position is responsible for planning, designing, developing, and implementing enterprise integration and interoperability solutions that support the organization's technology and business objectives. The role analyzes business and technical requirements, develops functional and technical specifications, and ensures solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with organizational standards.
Key responsibilities include evaluating new system requirements; designing, developing, testing, and implementing complex integration solutions; assessing results for accuracy, performance, reliability, and interoperability; conducting feasibility studies; and preparing technical documentation. The position also develops specifications for the procurement of hardware, software, and related technology services.
In addition, the role provides advanced technical guidance and support to users and Information Management staff, collaborates with cross-functional stakeholders to resolve complex technical issues, and contributes to the continuous improvement of integration architecture and processes. The incumbent may also provide leadership, oversight, and supervision of professional and support staff.
This position requires strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, along with experience designing and supporting complex system integrations in a dynamic technology environment.
Minimum Qualifications- Knowledge of complex data systems management; relational database design and maintenance; quality assurance techniques; and change management procedures
- Strong design, development, troubleshooting, and oral and written communication skills
- Experience developing and/or managing Integration & Interoperability solutions/services in Integration Engine like Rhapsody.
- Experience integrating with Oracle Database, SQL server, and cloud DBs (GCP/AZURE/AWS)
- Experience developing ELR/eCR solutions to integrate with National electronic Disease surveillance system (NEDSS)
- Experience working with HL7 standards like ADT, ORM, OML, ORU, VXU, QBP, RSP, CDAs (eCR) and FHIR standards.
- Knowledge of software package installation; change management; testing; using object-oriented design concept; using scripting languages like XML, JSON, Java script.
- Ability to work on multiple projects/issues simultaneously; assess the impact of software upgrades and other environment changes; perform as a technical and team leader; monitor progress of team members; assign work; test applications and evaluate results for accuracy and integrative features; prepare documentation; and implement and support data processing systems
- Ability to conduct feasibility studies; analyze new requirements; prepare functional and system specifications for Integration & Interoperability solutions.
