Senior Business Analyst

Overview

We have an opportunity for a Senior Business Analyst in Glen Allen, VA to help develop, improve, and manage engineering standards processes, software tools and related administrative tasks.

• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
• Preferred Bachelor's Degree (Or 7+ years with an Associate's Degree, Or 9+ years with HS/GED). Preferred discipline(s):
  Business, Computer Science, Engineering
• Demonstrates a strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, Adobe, Power Shell, and Python
• Minimum 5 years of experience
• Excellent planning and organizational skills with the ability to effectively facilitate multiple projects or assignments simultaneously
• Experience with software development, deployment, and maintenance
• Experience applying project management principles to lead new initiatives leveraging the use of project management tools
• Ability to quickly resolve complex problems and adjust work plans with limited supervision
• Proficiency in application of business process improvement methodology, benchmarking, and change management
• Strong customer service orientation and excellent communication skills

• Develop and support the use of business tools and processes that help drive and measure project execution efforts of the Standard Innovation Services Team
• Develop, provide customer support, maintain, and roll out tools based in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, Adobe, Power Shell, and Python
• Create spreadsheets, develop written documents, document processes, develop presentations, and process maps in support of assigned projects
• Perform other duties as requested or assigned
