Location(s): Richmond, VA

Hybrid: 1-2 days/week required

• Network facility buildout experience is critical.
• Experience implementing technology in new facility environments.
• Strong project/program management background across multiple work streams.
• Facility move/relocation planning experience required.
• Data center migration experience is a plus.
• Experience supporting network BOM (Bill of Materials) development preferred.

The role supports transition planning and technology implementation for a new behavioral health hospital facility scheduled for operational transition around June 2027. The PM will coordinate infrastructure, operational, and technology migration activities tied to the new hospital build.

• Lead planning and implementation of network technology installation.
• Coordinate technical requirements gathering and approvals.
• Manage schedules, budgets, risks, scope, and stakeholder communications.
• Drive delivery across multiple parallel work streams.
• Remove project roadblocks and hold teams accountable.
• Support procurement execution and operational transition planning.
• Work closely with executive leadership, IT leadership, network teams, and business analysts.
• Ensure compliance with client and VITA governance/project standards.

• Senior-level IT Project Management experience.
• Strong infrastructure/network deployment experience.
• MS Project and Microsoft Office proficiency.
• Budget management and risk management expertise.
• Experience managing complex enterprise implementations.
• Stakeholder management across technical and executive teams.

• Network BOM development familiarity.
• Data center migration exposure.
• Healthcare/hospital transition experience.

• Hybrid role with mandatory onsite presence.
• Parking costs are candidate responsibility.
• High-visibility, enterprise-scale infrastructure initiative with VITA oversight requirements.

• Active PMP-certified required: 10 years
• 10 years experience as a PM overall: 10 years
• Prior or current exp with IT Network Buildout (new Facility Build) at least 1 project of this type: 3 years
• Experience managing Multi-workstream projects: 3 years
• Experience engaging with Senior IT Leadership (CIO, CTO, etc): 10 years
• Resource will agree to obtain VITA PMDP qualification within 2 weeks of starting (no fee or cost to the contractor for this test)
• Exp with Facility IT Project Management:
  Highly desired, 3 years
• Exp with Data Ctr migrations a PLUS:
  Highly desired, 2 years

• Web interview in-person interview mandatory.
