Position Title

Project Manager 4 (Part-time)

• Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) certification through PMI required, with demonstrated experience in team building, communication skills, and knowledge of successfully executing Software as a Service (SaaS) or Platform as a Service (PaaS) implementations.

• Project management activities include leading team members through process mapping and requirements gathering, serving as the day‑to‑day point of contact for the project, overseeing system implementation phases and processes, ensuring acceptable user acceptance testing, certifying that the solution is ready for deployment, and confirming full implementation as planned.
• Requirements include strong management and leadership skills, the ability to set and maintain adherence to project goals with internal team and IT vendor, maintain project time frames and budgeting estimates, prepare status reports for executive management and the board, coordinate project team members, develop and track schedules and individual responsibilities, and implement IT strategies that deliver projects on schedule and within budget.
