Chem Treat Equipment Coordinator – Glen Allen, VA

Job ResponsibilitiesReporting to the Customer Support Supervisor – Equipment, International & Customer Relations, the Equipment Coordinator will:
- Handle 20–30 customer requests daily through email and phone.
- Quote and order equipment such as controllers, pumps, replacement parts, and custom panels.
- Set up and maintain tank information in the internal database.
- Work directly with vendors for costing and technical assistance.
- Manage equipment returns and expedites from start to finish.
- Process and confirm customer purchase orders and place text‑based orders accurately.
- Resolve freight charge routing and allocation to apply charges to customers.
- Provide support for the Chemical Customer Service Team as needed.
- Support the sales force using a case system to resolve complex situations.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required;
Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred. - Minimum of 2 years of business and/or customer contact center experience.
- Technical equipment knowledge.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to communicate cross‑functionally.
Onsite at the Chem Treat facility in Glen Allen, VA. Monday–Friday, Day Shift. Overtime or weekends may be required.

The compensation range for this role is $26.50–$26.50 per hour.
