Hybrid-Remote People Soft Interface Coordinator to support our client in the Greater Richmond Region.

• 5+ years of People Soft interface experience in a functional or hybrid functional/technical role
• Strong understanding of People Soft interface architecture, flat‑file processing, and error resolution
• Experience coordinating interface testing across multiple stakeholders and work streams
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage high volumes of concurrent activities
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work directly with business users and external agencies
• Technical background as a People Soft Interface Developer, with progression into a functional or techno‑functional role

• Experience with People Tools and core People Soft technical components
• Experience with People Soft Financials and/or HCM modules
• Familiarity with SFTP/FTP and file transfer tools such as MOVEit, WinSCP, or File Zilla

• Coordinate interface testing and integration activities between internal teams and external agencies
• Serve as the primary point of contact for interface issues, testing results, and remediation efforts
• Troubleshoot interface failures, identify errors, and coordinate resolution across stakeholders
• Maintain documentation, testing processes, and agency‑specific interface requirements
• Ensure agencies follow established testing procedures, timelines, and support processes
