Senior Manager, Industry Specialty Services
The Senior Manager, Industry Specialty Services is responsible for maintaining client relationships, providing support in ERP consulting and ancillary systems & integrations, and overseeing assigned staff.
Responsibilities- Architect and lead ERP implementations for Unanet
- Manage technology integrations through project management and system knowledge
- Use the BDO framework to oversee project phases and collaborate directly with clients to achieve objectives
- Perform project management of implementation engagements independently and collaboratively for core system offerings and others
- Interpret corporate & entity-level compliance (Federal, non‑profit, etc.) as it relates to ERP & technology
- Review and develop policies and procedures related to accounting, contracts, and pricing to support new business initiatives
- Serve as a member of the consulting group’s management team
- Supervise, develop, and train Associates, Senior Associates, and Managers
- Review and evaluate work prepared by Associates, Senior Associates, and Managers
- Train staff on current software tools and Industry Specialty Services methodology
- Schedule and supervise workload of team members
- Provide verbal and written performance feedback
- Act as a Career Advisor to Associates, Senior Associates, and Managers, as assigned
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, required
- Eight (8) or more years of combined, relevant experience in accounting & system-focused knowledge, required
- Familiarity with ERP & technology implementation best practices, preferred
- Experience with Unanet, preferred
- Prior experience with Government contracting, nonprofit, and other highly regulated industries, preferred
- CPA, CMA, or PMP, preferred
- ERP or technology certifications, preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint), required
- Experience with Unanet, Deltek, Microsoft D365, and other Govcon ERP and CRM systems, preferred
- Database management or analytical tools experience (SQL, Alteryx, Tableau, Power BI), preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, specifically business/report writing
- Proficiency in migrating, converting, and validating data using tools while maintaining accuracy
- Strong analytical and research skills
- Excellent organizational skills with a focus on details and meeting project deadlines
- Ability to multi‑task independently or within a group environment
- Proven ability to work in a deadline‑driven environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Demonstrated command of FAR, CAS, and GSA schedules
- Ability to follow and apply specific rules and regulations
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
National Range: $135,000 - $175,000
NYC/Long Island/Westchester Range: $135,000 - $175,000
Maryland Range: $135,000 - $175,000
