Oracle HCM Lead Consultant
Location:
Richmond, VA 23219. Need nearby candidate within 50–60 miles of the client location.

Job Overview: The client seeks an experienced Oracle Cloud HCM Lead to spearhead deployment, customization, and management of the Oracle Cloud HCM suite.
Responsibilities- Lead planning, process design, configuration, playback, user acceptance testing, cutover, and production launch of HR technology implementations.
- Design and configure Oracle Cloud HCM modules, especially Recruiting Cloud, Onboarding and Talent Management Suite.
- Configure and optimize Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) to streamline recruitment processes.
- Understand current state of module design/development and drive the project lifecycle to completion with minimal support.
- Design integration solutions between Oracle Cloud HCM and third‑party applications ensuring security, compliance and data integrity.
- Design custom rules using Visual Builder Studio (Express/Advanced Mode) and migrate to environments.
- Use sandbox tools to enhance UI/UX of Oracle Cloud HCM application features.
- Create HCM extracts, HDL loads, BIP and OTBI reports/dashboards with appropriate security.
- Maintain HCM role security and set up audit policies as industry standards.
- Support implementation and post‑production use of Oracle Middleware technologies such as OIC.
- Perform post‑clone activities, including data masking and user account password resets.
- Demonstrate solution approach through proof of concept and secure business approval before design/development phase.
- Stay current on quarterly updates, assess impact, and assist business teams in adopting new features.
- Facilitate product familiarity sessions for business teams.
- Lead transition of Oracle HCM suite from classic UI to Redwood per roadmap guidelines.
- Document requirements/features according to AIM/OUM methodology.
- Work independently, schedule efficiently, and set priorities in a diverse stakeholder environment.
- 8+ Years Experience as Oracle Core HR, Talent Management Lead.
- 8+ Years Experience with Fusion HCM modules suite (Workforce Compensation, Health & Safety, HR Helpdesk).
- 8+ Years Experience in all phases of end‑to‑end implementations, support, and upgrades.
- 8+ Years Experience designing, building, and implementing enhancements to HR processes and structure.
- 8+ Years Experience connecting Oracle HCM to third‑party solutions via native integrations, extracts and middleware.
- 8+ Years Experience setting up HCM role security and uploading registration certificates.
- 5+ Years Experience with Redwood design of Oracle Fusion Cloud applications and transition from classic UI to Redwood UI.
- 5+ Years Experience with Oracle Visual Builder, OIC, process automation.
- 5+ Years Experience with OCI.
