Job Summary:

Seeking for a Senior LIMS Business Analyst to implement the Starlims LPH product for testing environmental and clinical samples. You will work with a team of analysts on LIMS and web portals, focusing on application discovery, requirements gathering, and QA testing. Ideal candidates should have laboratory testing experience and/or LIMS implementation experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in STARLIMS configuration validation, test case development, and quality assurance activities
• Create documentation for business requirements, functional specifications, and solution designs
• Elicit and document business requirements through interviews and workshops
• Analyze laboratory processes to identify areas for improvement or automation
• Engage stakeholders to understand their needs and manage expectations
• Analyze data to provide insights and support decision-making
• Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and user stories
• Utilize analytical problem-solving skills

Must-Have Experience:

• 5+ years in a laboratory environment or supporting laboratory systems
• 5+ years with LIMS implementation
• 10+ years of analytical problem-solving
• 10+ years in requirements gathering, use case creation, and execution
• Experience with software tools like Word, Excel, Visio, and Dev Ops
• Experience with Starlims LPH is preferred
