AV Collaboration Architect

We are seeking a senior-level AV Collaboration Architect / Senior Engineer to lead the design, integration, and optimization of enterprise AV, digital signage, streaming, and collaboration technologies.

This role requires a highly autonomous individual who can independently drive initiatives from strategy through implementation while partnering with business stakeholders, vendors, and technical teams.

• Design and architect enterprise AV and collaboration solutions.
• Lead integrations across AV, streaming, identity, and collaboration platforms.
• Provide implementation oversight and technical leadership.
• Coordinate vendors, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
• Develop architecture documents, SOPs, runbooks, and user-facing documentation.
• Drive change management, communications, and adoption activities.
• Identify risks, dependencies, and optimization opportunities.
