Technical Project Manager / Technical Program Manager / Application Project Manager

Immediate need for a talented Technical Project Manager / Technical Program Manager / Application Project Manager
. This is a 12+ Month Contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in Richmond VA or McLean VA (Hybrid).

Pay Range: $55.00/hr - $65.00/hr employee benefits include health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

• Must have skills: Technical Project Management, AWS, API, SDLC
• Proven experience in Technical Project/Program Management
• Solid understanding of APIs, integrations, and technical dependencies
• Knowledge of system design concepts and architectural discussions
• Experience working in AWS or cloud-native environments
• Strong background in Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Proficiency with JIRA, Confluence, and documentation best practices
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and team collaboration skills
• Technical Project/Program Management

• System Design experience/knowledge
