Key Responsibilities
  • Lead engagement delivery and manage client relationships on a daily basis.
  • Accountable for program/project management, ensuring that all objectives are met.
  • Develop resource plans and budgets for engagements, managing engagement economics effectively.
  • Oversee the delivery of technology transformation projects and programs that align with our organizational strategy.
  • Manage timelines, costs, and quality while leading both technical and non-technical project teams.
  • Navigate operational and organizational dynamics while maintaining a strong focus on quality and risk management.
Skills And Attributes For Success
  • Drive and support sales activities alongside EY pursuit teams, developing proposals, engagement estimates, and participating in sales presentations.
  • Lead and develop strategies for Service Now enabled transformations, working with senior client executives on business case, transformation roadmap, detailed plans, and solution architectures.
  • Act as an engagement manager across all aspects of a Service Now IT/OM Asset Management project and solution delivery including design, configuration/development, testing, and deployment phases.
  • Manage 2‑3 engagements and mentor multi‑disciplinary teams of 10+ resources, including offshore resources.
  • Build and foster client relationships and demonstrate the value of EY services.
  • Excellent business acumen with a fact‑based decision‑making style and ability to resolve conflicts.
  • Provide guidance and industry‑leading practice expertise for Service Now IT/OM Asset Management process implementations, including how specific business objectives can be met through process and technology transformation.
  • Analyze a company’s IT/OM Asset Management people, process, and technology capabilities, provide leading practice recommendations, and contribute insights to strategic roadmaps.
  • Advise on the connectivity of the CMDB and IT Operations Management (ITOM) to ITSM processes.
  • Experience with Service Now AI capabilities (Now Assist, AI Agents, AI Control Tower) and their application across ITAM, HAM, SAM, OT asset management, and CMDB‑driven workflows.
  • Familiarity with Armis or similar OT/IoT asset intelligence platforms to support asset discovery, risk context, vulnerability prioritization, and Service Now workflow integration.
  • Shape AI‑enabled asset management roadmaps that improve asset visibility, compliance, lifecycle risk management, operational resiliency, and business value.
  • Lead client process design sessions and facilitate requirements workshops with functional and/or business process area subject matter resources.
  • Experience in waterfall and agile delivery models, including supporting management activities such as planning, status reporting, budgets, and risk and issue logs.
  • Create high‑quality deliverables and project artifacts.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree required;
    Master’s degree preferred.
  • Typically, no less than 5‑7 years of Service Now implementation experience.
  • 5‑7 years of Big 4 or equivalent consulting experience, preferably at the Senior Manager or Director level.
  • Service Now Certified Systems Administrator (CSA) or Certified Application Developer (CAD).
  • Minimum of two of the following Service Now certifications:
    Implementation Specialist – Hardware Asset Management, Software Asset Management, or Data Foundations.
  • Excellent consulting and interpersonal skills – executive communication, adaptability, problem solving, teamwork, relationship building, dependability, and organization.
  • Ability to develop presentations, functional and technical roadmaps, and present ideas and proposals to all levels of management and technical expertise.
