• Architect complex, multi‑layered AI systems that are scalable, resilient, and deliver transformative outcomes in the TMT sector.
• Lead technical design and deployment of enterprise‑grade AI solutions, leveraging cloud‑native architectures for optimal data management and analytics.
• Conduct technical deep‑dive sessions to extract nuanced AI requirements and translate them into robust execution plans with measurable success criteria.
• Design and enforce AI governance frameworks, addressing ethical considerations, regulatory compliance, and security.
• Harness cutting‑edge AI methodologies, including computer vision, generative AI, and advanced NLP, to improve client operations.
• Translate complex analytical findings into actionable insights for C‑suite stakeholders, using advanced data visualization techniques.
• Drive the technical growth of AI Engineers and Data Scientists, promoting best practices in software engineering, algorithm optimization, and systems integration.
• Evaluate and integrate emerging AI technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
• Serve as a technical authority on data architecture, championing modern data technologies for high‑volume, high‑velocity ecosystems.
• Orchestrate AI project execution, ensuring adherence to specifications, deadlines, and quality benchmarks.
• Maintain expert knowledge of industry‑specific trends and technologies to inform strategic architecture.
• Cultivate excellence within AI project teams, fostering a culture of technical rigor and collaboration.
• Strategize and steer business‑development activities, forming enduring client partnerships through impactful AI solutions.

• 8–10 years of experience in industry or technology consulting.
• Deep knowledge of AI disciplines: machine learning, deep learning, NLP, speech‑to‑text, computer vision, etc.
• Ability to design end‑to‑end AI solutions, including data collection, preprocessing, model development, deployment, and monitoring.
• Exceptional proficiency in advanced Python for AI.
• Hands‑on experience with evolving AI frameworks and design patterns.
• Proven track record of deploying AI models in production.
• Demonstrated leadership guiding teams through MLOps and AIOps practices.
• Practical knowledge of AI governance principles and implementation.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and project‑management skills.
• Valid driver’s license in the U.S.; willingness and ability to travel to meet client needs.

• Extensive experience in telecommunications, including marketing, acquisition, onboarding, billing, and customer care.
• Experience with telecom network management: installation, maintenance, repairs, network and call data collection, optimization.
• Understanding of customer segmentation, churn prediction, and recommendation systems tailored to media and telecommunications.
• Knowledge of revenue assurance (data, systems, processes) and regulatory compliance in the TMT sector.
• Experience with OSS/BSS systems and telecommunications protocols (5G, LTE, fiber).
• Proven ability to design and implement machine‑learning solutions that enhance network performance and customer experience.
• Experience analyzing large‑scale telecom datasets such as call detail records and performance metrics.

• Required:
  
  BS in STEM with significant focus on AI, Computer Science, Data Science, or ML.
• Preferred: MS in AI, Data Science, or ML.
