Manager, Product Management (PXDP
50)
The Business Cards & Payments (BC&P) organization is committed to fueling the courageous entrepreneurial spirit that’s at the heart of America’s business owners. We offer financial products and services for small business owners through corporate clients, with the goal to pave the path for them to do more business. We’ve built an organization that is focused on listening to and learning from the millions of customers we serve to make sure our products, services, and experiences work as hard as they do.
In BC&P, we are looking for a Product Manager with a demonstrated interest and aptitude for AI. While formal on‑the‑job experience with AI is a plus, we highly value candidates who have proactively incorporated AI into their personal projects, explored AI‑driven development environments (e.g., Cursor, Claude Code, Git Hub Copilot), or built automations using AI agents. Show us how you’ve used AI to learn, build, and solve problems beyond basic text generation.
Aboutthe Role
Data and technology are two core enablers to creating great products and experiences. We are looking for a Product Manager to join our Data Integrations team to help us lay the foundation for both. In this position, you will develop and deliver the strategy for how business owners connect their Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software to Capital One for enhanced customer experiences.
You will also lead our ERP data innovation agenda, collaborating with partners across the organization to determine how we can use this data and AI to deliver more value for customers and propel the organization’s growth. In this role, you will also have the opportunity to partner with newly acquired fintech Brex to develop our ERP destination strategy. If you enjoy white space thinking, problem solving in a fast‑changing technology environment, and being at the forefront of creating new ways to use data, then this position is for you.
