Responsible for overseeing, maintaining, and supporting the SailPoint Identity IQ (IIQ) environment to ensure system availability, performance, and scalability. The role focuses on identity lifecycle operations, integrations, automation, and issue resolution.
Required Skills- SailPoint Identity IQ (IIQ) administration and operations
- Identity provisioning, de-provisioning, and access reviews
- Integrations with Active Directory, HR systems, IAM platforms, and cloud services
- Monitoring system performance, health, and logs
- Troubleshooting provisioning, RBAC, and access‑related issues
- Workflow, rule, and policy development (Bean Shell/Java)
- Maintain and monitor the SailPoint IIQ environment
- Manage integrations and coordinate upgrades, patching, and migrations
- Handle daily identity operations and access governance tasks
- Develop and optimize workflows, rules, and automation
- Resolve provisioning and access issues with root cause analysis
- Collaborate with infrastructure and development teams
