Responsibilities
- Familiarity with wired and wireless network architecture.
- Configuration of network switches, routers, SDWAN, etc.
- Troubleshooting LAN/WAN infrastructure.
- Maintain and upgrade network cabling within the Data Center and building cabinets.
- End user support and customer service experience.
- Experience with Windows 10 and 11 deployment and troubleshooting.
- Printers, Scanners, Label Printers.
- Office 365, SharePoint.
- Manage requests and incidents within a service desk tool.
- Operating System Windows Server 2016 – 2022.
- Administering sharing and folder privileges.
- Racking, cabling, and commissioning servers.
- Backup and storage.
- Server monitoring and optimization.
- General familiarity with firewall technology, configuration, rules, etc.
- Experience working in DMZ and Process Control Networks.
- Required to work with vendors, end users, and project teams and takes direction from the Site IT Lead to create new and support existing network solutions across the site.
- Evaluate new technologies by working with IT architects and service providers to create standards and solutions in the infrastructure space.
- Understands key components, primarily of IT network, but also some server and PC devices.
- Capable of manufacturing system integration, including design, build, and implementation of manufacturing IT network infrastructure.
- This job may include knowledge of or experience with web services, database administration, midrange, personal computing, telecommunications, and mobility.
- Support of general purpose and manufacturing business network systems site-wide.
Support of network security and business infrastructure for the facility. - Bridges the gap between DuPont's in-house knowledge and remote support teams.
- Requires knowledge of Active Directory, Domain Controllers, and Process Control Networks.
- Requires strong communication and troubleshooting capabilities.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
- Minimum 6+ years of professional experience required.
- Experience working with IT architects and service providers to create standards and solutions in the infrastructure space.
- Experience with IT networks, Servers, and PC devices.
- Experience with manufacturing system integration, including design, build, and implementation of manufacturing IT network infrastructure.
- Experience with Windows 10 and 11 deployment and troubleshooting.
- Experience with Printers, Scanners, Label Printers.
- Familiarity with wired and wireless network architecture.
