Role
Description:
Lead the design, development, and configuration of Service Now Knowledge Management activities across ITSM Modules- HRSD,S2P and custom applications..
Conduct Knowledge Management specific process workshops) and obtain functional requirements.
Leading your team through requirements gathering and sprint design sessions for the Service Now Knowledge Management implementation across S2
PHRSD scoped applications.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams to ensure the successful execution of Service Now projects.
Perform assessments and evaluations of existing Service Now implementations, offering recommendations for improvements.
Responsible for developing/administering technical solutions on the Service Now platform to satisfy the business needs of the IT department and beyond.
10 to 12 years experience in administration/implementation/configuration of Service Now in the areas of ITSM (HRSD Module), ITBM, ITOM, ITAM (not limited to) and Scoped Application solution
Experienced in ITIL Process Definition, Integration Solutions, Architecture level configurations,
Design and develop integrations between Service Now and other enterprise systems using REST, SOAP, Integration Hub, and other API technologies.
Implement automation solutions using Flow Designer, Orchestration, and other Service Now tools to streamline business processes.
Provide advanced support for Service Now applications, troubleshooting complex issues and implementing long-term solutions.
