EDI/API Business Analyst
Fully Remote - must be in CA, OR, WA, CO, VA, DC, GA, MD (CO or CA preferred)
12+ Months
Roles and Responsibilities- Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years of related experience
- Must have experience leading API/EDI production support and integration for EDI health care files
- Must have healthcare EDI files experience
- API workflow/integration experience
- Experience serving as liaison between technical teams and the business, ensuring data quality and timely information exchange
- Troubleshooting and resolving interface, integration and member-level issues
- Experience supporting workflow efficiency and issue mitigations
