Job Title
5+ years deploying, configuring, and troubleshooting Unified Communications (UC) platforms (Zoom, Microsoft Teams, etc.)
Hands-on experience working directly with platforms and real-time collaboration tools (Zoom, Teams, Webex).
Experience with audio/video conferencing, collaboration tools, and room systems
Strong understanding of underlying network components within these platforms (network infrastructure, firewalls, proxies, and security)
Skilled in scripting, APIs, and automation to streamline tasks
Familiarity with AWS services (Lambda, EC2)
Comfortable with Windows and MacOS, software installation, and deployment
Responsible for owning and managing a platform, including risk, performance, and user experience.
