This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, contributing to Agile (Kanban and Sprint) and traditional Waterfall methodologies for the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
Job Responsibilities- Analyze problems and document business processes.
- Develop requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Manage requirements traceability and testing.
- Handle multiple projects, adapting to changing priorities and processes.
- Conduct Root Cause Analysis to identify system gaps and deficiencies.
- Diagram current processes and proposed modifications using process flows, context diagrams, and data flow diagrams.
- Translate business needs into detailed user stories, use cases, process flows, and other artifacts.
- Collaborate with staff, vendors, consultants, and contractors to formulate, detail, and test potential and implemented solutions.
- Perform Quality Analyst functions such as defining test objectives, test plans, and test cases, and executing test cases.
- Coordinate and facilitate User Acceptance Testing with Business and ensure Project Managers/Scrum Masters are informed of the progress.
- Serve as the liaison between business users, project managers, developers, and other stakeholders.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience delivering business and systems analysis artifacts.
- 5 years of experience as an Agile Business Analyst with a strong understanding of Scrum concepts and methodology.
- Experience organizing and maintaining Product and Sprint backlogs.
- Proficient with defining acceptance criteria and managing acceptance process with development.
- Expertise with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Access, Outlook, Visio, PowerPoint, Project Server).
- Exceptional written and oral communications skills.
- Experience using Team Foundation Server for agile software development and work item tracking.
- Ability to create low and high-fidelity wireframes to visually represent user flows and functionality.
- Experience building interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI Desktop.
- Certified Scrum Master or equivalent experience running sprints and ceremonies.
- Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Access, Outlook, PowerPoint)

- Figma or Balsamiq
