Client Tech Lead
As a Client Tech Lead, you will be responsible for leading the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. Responsible for team decisions. Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
Expert proficiency in Client Flow Designer is required. Advanced level of proficiency in Client Configuration Management Database (CMDB) is recommended. IT Service Management (ITSM) at Expert proficiency, Client Data Sources and Integrations at Advanced proficiency, and Client at Expert proficiency are suggested skills.
Client Tech led responsibilities:
- Governance and change control for enhancements
- Interface with domain architects
- Discuss & capture requirements with platform & product owner
- Analyse requirements
- Recommend solution options
- Perform FSD reviews
- Impact assessments
- Coordinate development with scrum team
- Understanding of Client data model, tables, workflows
- Experience with TSOM, TSM, TNI, CMDB, SOMT, Integrations Hub, Flow Designer
- Certified CSA, CAD, CIS
- CTA and / or CMA a plus
- Develop innovative solutions using Client Flow Designer to streamline business processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Client Configuration Management Database for efficient data management.
- Lead training sessions for team members on IT Service Management best practices.
- Contribute to the enhancement of Client Data Sources and Integrations to optimize system performance.
