VDOT SR Data Analyst
Location:
Richmond, VA
Work Schedule:
3 days a week on site, 2 days remote

Must be procured by the contractor
Role:
Analyzing data for the Virginia Department of Transportation (VDOT) Information Technology Division
Key Responsibilities:
Understanding and analyzing business processes, developing expertise in source system datasets, conducting entity resolution, managing metadata, diagraming current processes and proposed modifications, formulating and testing potential solutions, and coordinating User Acceptance Testing
Required Experience:
Minimum 10 years of experience in business data analysis, 5+ years of experience as an Agile Business Analyst, experience with Azure Databricks, ESRI ArcGIS, enterprise data management, and reporting systems, and proficiency with Microsoft Office products
Required Skills:
Exceptional written and oral communication skills, ability to write complex SQL queries for SQL Server and Oracle
Preferred
Certifications:
Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP), Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), and Certified Data Management Professional (CDMP)
