STi is seeking a Functional Lead / Functional Subject Matter Expert (SME) to support the DLA Weapons Logistics Support Services contract mission efforts. This role will provide senior functional leadership, business process analysis, subject matter expertise, and process transformation support across DLA Weapons Support business, planning, acquisition, analytics, and supply chain mission areas. The ideal candidate is a cleared DLA logistics and supply chain functional expert with deep experience supporting DLA Major Subordinate Commands (MSCs), Enterprise Business Systems (EBS), DLA data and analytics systems, Wholesale and Retail Planning capabilities, Class IX supply chain initiatives, and business process transformation efforts.

This role is especially suited for a senior functional SME who can translate complex operational and technical requirements into practical business process solutions, decision-support products, and implementation recommendations for Government leadership. PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsibilities include:

• Serve as a senior Functional Lead / SME supporting DLA Weapons Support business process, planning, strategic acquisition, analytics, and supply chain transformation initiatives.
• Define opportunities for new and improved business process solutions across DLA Weapons Support mission areas.

• Provide expert analysis, recommendations, and advisory support to Government program officials, managers, functional stakeholders, and project leadership.

• Assess current-state business processes, identify gaps, evaluate process constraints, and recommend improvements aligned to DLA mission priorities.

• Conduct feasibility studies, gap analyses, business process reengineering, workflow assessments, and forecasting support based on industry and Government best practices.

• Translate complex technical, analytical, and systems-related requirements into clear, actionable information for non-technical stakeholders and decision-makers.

• Support DLA supply chain, planning, procurement, acquisition, and analytics efforts involving Class IX material, strategic sourcing, and logistics process improvement.

• Provide functional leadership for initiatives involving DLA Enterprise Business Systems (EBS), DLA data and analytic systems, and Wholesale and Retail Planning capabilities.

• Support business case analysis, strategic acquisition analytics, planning process improvements, demand and materiel planning support, and process automation efforts.

• Work with analysts, Agile teams, project managers, and Government stakeholders to align functional requirements with analytics, reporting, and technology-enabled solutions.

• Support development of briefings, reports, white papers, process documentation, workflow recommendations, executive summaries, and decision-support materials.

• Facilitate knowledge transfer to Government personnel on improved business processes, analytical capabilities, planning approaches, and functional best practices.

• Monitor task execution, stakeholder needs, risks, process issues, and corrective action recommendations using the Daily workload Utility (DRU) or other Government-designated tracking systems.

• Support quality, timeliness, accuracy, and completeness of functional deliverables submitted to Government stakeholders. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
U.S. Citizenship required. Active Secret required.
