STi is seeking an Agile Project Manager to support the DLA Weapons Logistics Support Services contract mission efforts. This role will support Agile delivery, project coordination, roadmap development, backlog management, stakeholder engagement, and process transformation initiatives supporting DLA Weapons Support directorates and Industrial Support Activities. The ideal candidate is a cleared Agile project management professional with direct experience supporting DLA, DoD logistics, supply chain analytics, Enterprise Business Systems, data-driven process improvement, and Class IX strategic initiatives.
This role is especially suited for a candidate who can work with Product Owners, functional SMEs, analysts, technical teams, and Government stakeholders to translate complex logistics and business process needs into actionable Agile delivery plans, user stories, sprint priorities, and measurable outcomes. PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsibilities include:
• Deliver multiple Agile projects supporting DLA Weapons Support logistics, analytics, planning, acquisition, and business process transformation initiatives.
• Apply appropriate Agile project management methodologies to manage delivery activities, remove blockers, and support timely completion of project objectives.
• Work with Product Owners, Government stakeholders, functional SMEs, analysts, and technical team members to define product roadmaps and project priorities.
• Translate business, logistics, analytics, and stakeholder requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, sprint objectives, and actionable backlog items.
• Prioritize user stories within the product backlog based on mission needs, stakeholder priorities, dependencies, delivery risk, and available resources.
• Manage multidisciplinary teams supporting DLA supply chain analytics, data systems, process improvement, reporting, planning, and transformation initiatives.
• Coordinate Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, backlog refinement, reviews, retrospectives, stakeholder updates, and delivery tracking activities.
• Track risks, issues, dependencies, blockers, action items, deliverables, and project progress using the Daily workload Utility (DRU) or other Government-designated tracking systems.
• Support testing, validation, review cycles, and quality control activities to ensure deliverables meet Government expectations and agreed-upon quality levels.
• Support process improvement and transformation efforts involving DLA Enterprise Business Systems (EBS), DLA data and analytic systems, and Wholesale and Retail Planning capabilities.
• Support DLA Class IX strategic initiatives, supply chain analytics, planning process improvements, demand and materiel planning support, and business process modernization efforts.
• Prepare project schedules, Agile metrics, burn-down/burn-up charts, status reports, executive briefings, dashboards, meeting materials, and decision-support products.
• Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure requirements, constraints, priorities, and delivery expectations are clearly understood.
• Identify opportunities to improve Agile delivery processes, stakeholder transparency, team collaboration, reporting cadence, and mission alignment.
• Ensure Agile delivery activities align with DLA Weapons Support priorities, DoD logistics policies, Warfighter support requirements, and contract performance expectations. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
