STi is seeking a Senior Analytics Specialist to support the DLA Weapons Logistics Support Services contract mission efforts. This role will lead and support advanced analytics initiatives that provide actionable insights for DLA Weapons Support supply chain, planning, acquisition, procurement, budgetary, financial, IT, and mission support objectives. The ideal candidate is a cleared senior analytics professional with hands-on experience supporting DLA supply chain analytics, Class IX logistics use cases, DLA Enterprise Business Systems, DLA data sources, predictive analytics, prescriptive analytics, dashboard development, and data-driven process transformation.
This role is especially suited for a candidate who can translate complex supply chain data into clear, customer-focused analytical products that help Government stakeholders make better planning, readiness, procurement, and operational decisions. PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsibilities include:
• Lead and/or supervise advanced analytics initiatives supporting DLA Weapons Support strategic and tactical mission objectives across multiple supply chain disciplines.
• Develop predictive and prescriptive analytics using advanced statistical techniques to support planning, budgetary, IT, financial, procurement, and supply chain improvements.
• Analyze DLA supply chain data to identify trends, risks, constraints, readiness impacts, performance gaps, and improvement opportunities.
• Support DLA Class IX strategic initiatives through data mining, analytics modeling, predictive analytics, and decision-support product development.
• Work with Government stakeholders across multiple domains to align analytics objectives, define data needs, formulate analytical approaches, and deliver actionable outputs.
• Support data collection, data processing, analytics model development, output validation, impact measurement, and transition of results into customer-centric formats.
• Lead large-scale analytics projects that result in integrated solution development, deployment, and adoption using existing DLA IT infrastructure, data, and analytical tools.
• Identify emerging data sources, analytics opportunities, and new use cases that improve customer support, mission readiness, planning accuracy, or supply chain performance.
• Develop analytical frameworks, dashboards, visualizations, and reporting products that simplify complex statistical analysis for Government users and decision-makers.
• Translate complex quantitative findings into clear visual, graphical, written, and briefing-ready products for non-technical and executive audiences.
• Support analytics efforts involving DLA Enterprise Business Systems (EBS), DLA data and analytic systems, Wholesale and Retail Planning capabilities, and supply chain reporting environments.
• Collaborate with functional SMEs, Agile project managers, analysts, planners, buyers, acquisition stakeholders, and Government leadership to ensure analytics align with mission needs.
• Support business case analysis, process transformation, forecasting, demand planning, materiel planning, procurement analytics, and performance improvement initiatives.
• Track analytics tasks, deliverables, risks, issues, and stakeholder requests using the Daily workload Utility (DRU) or other Government-designated tracking systems.
• Prepare analytical reports, executive dashboards, briefings, white papers, technical summaries, model documentation, and decision-support materials. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
