We are a technology services organization that helps clients evaluate, design, implement, secure, and manage technology across on-premise, data center, and cloud environments. Our teams deliver technical, cybersecurity, and managed services that support customer infrastructure and connectivity.

The organization operates a service provider network that supports customer environments requiring uptime, performance monitoring, and ongoing expansion as new services are deployed.

Work Arrangement:
Remote (Eligible states: AK, AZ, FL, GA, NC, SC, OK, TN, TX, MO, VA).

This role provides the opportunity to work in a Fortinet-driven network environment supporting customer infrastructure across multiple industries. Engineers in this position participate in architecture, provisioning, automation, and operational support rather than working within a single internal network.

Network Engineer

Work Arrangement:
Remote (Eligible states: AK, AZ, FL, GA, NC, SC, OK, TN, TX, MO, VA)

On-Call:
Participation in after-hours rotation required

• Design, build, implement, and support network architectures in a Fortinet-focused environment
• Provision new customer services within a service provider network
• Maintain network availability, uptime, and performance
• Troubleshoot complex customer issues and coordinate with third-party vendors
• Develop automation and scripting to improve provisioning and operational efficiency
• Create technical documentation for internal teams and customers
• Serve as a technical resource for sales and customer-facing teams

• Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of experience working in a carrier-grade or MSP network environment
• Strong hands-on experience with Fortinet technologies (Forti Gate, Forti Manager, Forti Analyzer or related tools)
• Strong understanding of Layer 2 networking and Metro Ethernet environments
• Experience with routing and networking technologies including: OSPF, BGP, MPLS, QoS, Multicast

• Fortinet Certified Professional (FCP) or other Fortinet certifications
• Experience with network automation or scripting
• Familiarity with Linux or network security platforms
