- Compensation: USD 110,000 - USD 150,000 per year
My Client is an Alaskan Native-owned government services prime with a mission-driven culture, providing professional and technical solutions to federal agencies. This position requires daily on-site work with situational telework at Fort Lee, VA.

Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with business users to understand their needs and provide effective solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve SAP-related issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
- Conduct system testing and validation for enhancements, upgrades, and patches.
- Develop and maintain documentation, including user manuals and training materials.
- Assist in training end-users on SAP functionalities and best practices.
- Work closely with IT and other departments to coordinate system improvements and integrations.
- Have or the ability to obtain a Public Trust.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3–7 years of experience in SAP Basis or Systems Engineering roles.
- Hands‑on experience with SAP S/4
HANA, preferably within a retail environment. - Strong understanding of retail operations and processes.
- Excellent problem‑solving and analytical skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- SAP Certified Technology Associate – SAP HANA or S/4
HANA. - ITIL Foundation Certification.
- Cloud platform certifications (AWS, Azure, GCP) – optional but advantageous.
