We are seeking a Training Specialist to join our team supporting the Enterprise Service Desk (ESD) with Defense Logistics Agency (DLA).

Develops and provides IT and end user training on computer hardware and application software.

Conducts the research necessary to develop and revise training courses and prepares appropriate training catalogs.

Prepares all instructor materials (course outline, background material, and training aids).

Prepares all student materials (course manuals, workbooks, handouts, completion certificates, and course critique forms).

Trains personnel by conducting formal classroom courses, workshops, and seminars.

Develop training documentation, user guides, etc.

Facilitate the develop and use of training tools.

Minimum of Five (5) years relevant experience

Must possess Secret Clearance

DoD Approved 8570 Baseline Certification:
Category IAT Level II

Schedule is day shift Monday – Friday. May be requested to work evenings and weekends to meet program and contract needs.

Target salary range: $60,000 - $75,000. The salary range displayed is an estimate only and is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, and will be determined on several factors regarding the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies and experience, as well as contract parameters and organizational requirements.
