• Lead Oracle Cloud Financials projects involving strategy, implementation support, and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) optimization related to Information Technology (IT) operations, business processes, security, and data integrity for the Oracle Cloud applications
• Support business development activities such as identification, proposal development, and other pursuit activities; work with the appropriate KPMG resources from other service lines/industries
• Lead the day-to-day activities of Oracle Cloud ERP Advisory engagements for various clients, including process design, package implementation lifecycle support, and project reviews
• Supervise and performance manage staff working on assigned engagements
• Manage engagements according to KPMG’s financial/cost management policies
• Lead process design, plan of project activities, gather and document business requirements, perform fit-gap analysis, design future business processes based on capabilities within Oracle, configure Oracle Source-to-Pay modules, test, demonstrate prototypes/proof-of-concept, develop training material and conduct training
• Lead, guide and support onshore and offshore resources to help deliver project goals
• Completion of 3-4 full implementation with Oracle Cloud Procure to Pay implementation as a Functional Lead or Project Lead preferred

• A minimum of five years of Oracle enterprise resource planning (ERP), Procure to Pay implementation, and upgrade experience
• Completion of one full implementation with Oracle Cloud Procure to Pay implementation as a Functional Lead or Project Lead preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in an appropriate field from an accredited college/university
• Strong verbal and analytical skills with the ability to write at a publication quality level
• Detailed understanding of Oracle Cloud ERP System concepts
• Travel may be up to 80-100%
• Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future
• Must be certified in either Oracle Cloud Procurement or Oracle Cloud Payables. Certified in Oracle Inventory is a plus
• Must have hand‑on experience leading and managing a minimum of 3 Cloud Source to Pay implementations
• Must be proficient in Source-to-Pay process – Supplier Management, Sourcing, Contracts, Requisition-to-Receive, Payables & Expense
• Must have knowledge of leading practices and procurement trends.
• Must have ability to configure Source-to-Pay modules
• Knowledge of robotics and AI is a plus
• Must have good communication and presentation skills
