Business Systems Analyst 4 needed for an in-house software development project for the Division of Securities and Retail Franchising. Responsible for gathering and documenting functional requirements to replace the current system with a modern work management solution.

The analyst will work closely with internal stakeholders to understand business processes, gather technical and functional requirements, and support the implementation of the new SERFIS system. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with strong communication skills and experience in enterprise-grade systems.
