Business Analyst

Requirement/Must Have:

• 5+ years of BA experience in IT projects.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with enterprise software such as Oracle and SQL Server.
• Understanding of databases (SQL), APIs, and Data Flow Diagrams.
• Strong experience in conducting stakeholder interviews and workshops.
• Familiarity with Azure DevOPS (TFS) for managing agile items.
• Experience with Business Process Modelling using Swim Lane and Flow Chart Diagrams.
• Experience in rolling out new systems/processes and managing user adoption.

Responsibilities:

• Review and analyze complex processes and systems.
• Translate technical language to business users and vice versa.
• Write clear, testable functional and non-functional requirements.
• Prepare diagrams to explain modifications for technical staff and executive management.
• Assist with User Acceptance Testing.
• Perform system integration testing.

Nice to Have:

• Prior experience in state IT projects.

Skills:

• Agile Business Analyst with strong understanding of Scrum concepts and methodologies.
• Well-versed in Scrum, Agile, Scaled Agile, and Kanban methodologies.
• Technical experience in organizing and maintaining sprint and product backlogs.
• Ability to analyze and document business and system processes.

Qualification And

Education:

• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle pushback, negotiate priorities, and resolve conflicts diplomatically.
• Experience documenting high-level Test Strategy, Test Plans, and Test Cases.
