Location:

1401 E Broad St Richmond, VA 23219 (Hybrid 2‑3 days on site)

Salary: $95,000‑100,000 annually with benefits

Eligibility: US Citizen or Green Card holder only

Job Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements through stakeholder collaboration and workshops.
• Analyze business processes, create process flows and wireframes, and recommend system improvements.
• Collaborate with technical and business teams to translate requirements into functional solutions.
• Manage Agile and Waterfall project artifacts, including user stories, backlogs, testing, and UAT support in Azure Dev Ops.
• Support enterprise application implementations by analyzing data, documenting processes, and ensuring successful system adoption.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience as an Agile Business Analyst supporting IT application development projects.
• 5+ years of experience with Agile methodologies, including Scrum, SAFe, and Kanban.
• 5+ years of experience managing product backlogs, sprint planning, and user stories.
• 5+ years of experience gathering, analyzing, and documenting business and system requirements.
• 5+ years of experience developing test strategies, test plans, test cases, and supporting SIT/UAT.
• 5+ years of experience analyzing business processes and documenting workflows for system improvements.
• 5+ years of experience supporting multi‑tier enterprise applications; prior State of Virginia Business Analyst experience is highly preferred.
