About the RoleThis new role is more related to writing solicitations, writing requirements, running larger and more complex Procurement responsibilities.
The Procurement department at Virginia Department of Agriculture is seeking an IT Sourcing Consultant to execute sourcing strategies for assigned projects. Role will assist in drafting and finalizing solicitation documents, drafting bid tabs, evaluating solicitation responses, completing reference checks, review of terms and conditions, and drafting contract documents.
