Rate: $55 - $65 / hr. w2

• Lead the Card Delivery Platform (CDS) stack, focusing on efficiency and operational excellence.
• Manage daily platform operations, including Run the Engine and Run the Business activities.
• Ensure a vulnerability-free, high-quality, and well-managed platform.
• Partner with the Graffiti Platform team to define plans for migrating traffic to the new Graffiti 2.0 platform.
• Prepare operationally for the end of life of CDS in 2026.
• Collaborate with ops teams and other tech teams to refine intent, deliver, and ensure well-managed releases.

• Strong technical background (software development or technical product management)
• Experience with Jira
• Experience with Confluence
• Experience with Service Now
• Strong communication skills
• Strong stakeholder management

Bachelors degree or relevant military experience is required
