This AI Control Analyst job is a 6 Months Contract with a client located in Richmond, VA (Hybrid - 3 Days onsite every week).

Pay Range: $42/hr - $44/hr on W2. The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Job Description
  • Execute critical control on daily basis.
  • Validate the accuracy and effectiveness of control outputs.
  • Use Gemini (preferred) or Microsoft Copilot.
  • Develop, refine, and optimize AI prompts to automate manual control testing processes.
  • Create reusable prompts that can be leveraged for ongoing automation initiatives.
  • Break down prompts into logical steps, continuously test, iterate, and improve them to ensure accurate and reliable outputs.
  • Create prompt which can be used on go to forward basis
Must Have
  • Control testing and output being correct.
  • Prompting in Gemini to pull data from email and other sources.
  • Use Gemini to automate the control process, majorly the focus in on prompting
Core Responsibilities

AI-Driven Testing Automation: Lead the assessment and implementation of Gemini AI solutions across our control inventory. You will be responsible for defining, testing, and refining prompts to automate data extraction, reconciliation, and control testing workflows.

Pipeline Optimization: Leverage advanced Gemini features to synthesize data across multiple disparate documents and files, reducing reliance on manual copy-paste workflows.

Hallucination Management & Reliability: Establish "human-in-the-loop" validation processes. You will be expected to critically review AI-generated outputs for accuracy, identify false positives or hallucinations, and refine testing methodologies to ensure defendable, audit-ready outcomes.

Data Connectivity Workarounds: Develop and maintain operational workarounds to bridge data gaps where direct connectivity is limited to ensure comprehensive test coverage.

Audit Readiness: Maintain rigorous documentation standards. You are responsible for ensuring that all AI-assisted test results are fully transparent, reproducible, and compliant with corporate standards, addressing current gaps in sourcing and audit trail documentation.

Stakeholder

Collaboration:

Partner with control owners to socialize findings, update testing plans, and track recommendations. You will need to identify gaps in the process or when the control was not executed appropriately.

Basic

Qualifications & Skills

Gemini AI Proficiency: At least 1 year experience in Demonstrable experience in prompt engineering and operationalizing Generative AI within a business environment. Experience with Google Workspace "Projects" and data synthesis across multiple files is highly preferred.

Critical Thinking & Analytical Rigor: Ability to maintain a "trust but verify" mindset regarding AI outputs. Experience in identifying errors, outliers, and data inconsistencies.

Preferred Qualifications

Risk & Control Expertise: 1 year of experience in Risk Management, Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Quality Assurance, or Process Management.
