Job DescriptionSenior Product Manager, Leasing – Lead the product roadmap and delivery of new features across Leasing Products. Define and document user stories, manage resources, schedule releases, and coordinate with marketing, sales, and engineering teams. Lead user testing, develop collateral, and execute roll‑out strategies.
Responsibilities- Organize user testing, collect feedback, and prioritize development opportunities.
- Plan and execute product/feature deployments to a large subscriber base.
- Use customer data and analytics to inform product opportunities and evaluate results.
- Build creative products that enhance the user experience and provide decision‑making tools.
- Own the product road‑map from inception through release of new features and enhancements.
- Drive releases in an Agile environment: write user stories, prioritize releases, maintain the roadmap and backlog, create release notes.
- Collaborate with senior executives, UI design, engineering, QA, marketing, and sales to build products that meet usage and revenue targets.
- Analyze customer needs and communicate them to engineering and design teams.
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college.
- 8+ years of Product Management or Leasing experience with a proven track record.
- Operational experience in the Commercial Real Estate space.
- Deep understanding of user research, feedback, and data analysis.
- Proven collaboration with cross‑functional teams.
- Experience managing sprint schedules in an Agile‑scrum environment.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
- Experience shaping product or data strategy for SaaS or real‑estate analytics products.
- Self‑starter with a bias to execution and deep analytical focus.
- Creative problem‑solver, conceptual thinker, and clear communicator.
- Track record of quick learning and commitment to previous employers.

Base compensation: $130,000 - $218,000 annually.
