Lumen is seeking an Operations Technician for the Network Operations Center environment to support DHS and NCPS initiatives. You will perform fiber maintenance, router/switch/server/firewall support, and proactive network troubleshooting in a high‑volume data center setting.
The role requires 24x7 shift work, strong communication skills, and familiarity with Juniper JunOS, Netscreen Firewalls, Solar Winds, and Cisco hardware. A TS clearance is required or the ability to obtain a TSSCI clearance.
