  • Provide expert-level troubleshooting and root cause analysis for complex infrastructure and application issues, collaborating closely with development and operations teams.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to align infrastructure strategy and operations with the agency’s evolving technology goals and business needs.
  • Champion best practices in configuration management and infrastructure automation to improve operational efficiency and resilience.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Experience managing and architecting infrastructure solutions to deliver highly available systems.
  • Expert in Windows Server administration and SQL Server management.
  • Strong understanding of security monitoring, backup, and disaster recovery best practices.
  • Proficient in supporting Web Application Firewalls (WAF), High Availability architecture, load balancing, and system integration.

  • Configuration Management experience.
  • Adobe Cold Fusion server management experience.
  • VITA SEC 530 compliance experience.
  • Azure Dev Ops experience.
  • Git experience.
