Seeking an Oracle EBS Apps DBA with strong hands‑on experience supporting Oracle EBS environments and Oracle databases in production and non‑production environments. The role requires strong Oracle Apps DBA skills, EBS administration, patching, cloning, backup/recovery, performance tuning, and support for Oracle EBS R12 environments.
Must-Have Skills- Strong Oracle EBS Apps DBA experience.
- Oracle EBS R12 / R12.2 support and administration.
- Oracle Database 12c / 19c administration.
- EBS patching using adop and opatch.
- Cloning, upgrades, backup, recovery, and performance tuning.
- RMAN and Data Guard experience.
- SQL and PL/SQL skills.
- Shell scripting for automation and backups.
- Linux and Windows administration support.
- Oracle EBS system administration experience.
- Oracle RAC experience.
- Oracle APEX support experience.
- Oracle job scheduler / automation experience.
- Oracle Advanced Security features such as TDE, wallet authentication, and auditing.
- Cloud migration or database migration exposure.
The ideal candidate is a hands‑on Oracle EBS Apps DBA who has supported EBS production environments end‑to‑end and can independently handle patching, cloning, upgrades, backup/recovery, and database performance tuning. Strong communication, documentation, and support ownership are important, especially for maintenance and after‑hours production.
