Service Now Platform Admin/Engineer
Location:
Plano, TX / Richmond, VA (Hybrid)
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5–8+ years of hands-on Service Now platform administration or engineering experience.
- Strong understanding of Service Now architecture, integrations, and MID Servers.
- Proven experience in platform upgrades, cloning, patching, and instance management.
- Familiarity with Now Assist, GenAI Skill Kit, and Virtual Agent customization.
- Experience with scripting (JavaScript, Glide, Flow Designer) and automation within the Service Now environment.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
