Job Description:

Responsibilities:

Work with customers to troubleshoot configurations and code (Java, JS, Python, Go) Support You Build;
You Own environments via on-call production support rotation Collaborate with diverse teams comprised of passionate, talented engineers Learn, react, and adapt to our evolving market and emerging trends Work with product owners to understand app capabilities and acceptance criteria Continuously improve engineering process by pushing, and adhering to, best practices Work within/across Agile teams to design, develop, test, operate full-stack solutions Learn, evaluate, and recommend emerging tech that solves real-world problems Mentor other engineers while participating in internal/external tech communities Champion innovation, teamwork, self-organization, diversity, and inclusion

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree
• 3+ Years experience using Splunk
• 2+ Years experience interpreting metrics to diagnose operational issues
• 2+ Years experience in a modern, object-oriented or functional language
• 1+ Years experience with Agile processes
• 1+ Years experience deploying to AWS

Preferred Qualifications:

• 3+ Years experience with distributed systems
• 2+ Years experience shell scripting (Bash, KSH, ZSH)
• 2+ Years experience as Splunk /Elastic admin or architect
• 1+ Years experience architecting cloud environments (12
  
  Factor preferred)
• 1+ Year(s) experience with CICD tools such as Jenkins, Maven, or Artifactory
• Certified Splunk Admin, Poweruser
