Strategic and hands-on SAP OTC / Vistex Solution Architect with strong expertise in Order-to-Cash and Vistex solutions. This role will lead the architecture for SAP OTC capabilities, focusing on scalable design, system integrations, and supporting business transformation in a healthcare distribution environment.

The ideal candidate should be able to connect business needs with practical system solutions, working across SAP and non-SAP systems to ensure smooth integration with warehousing, logistics, and finance.

The anticipated pay range for this role is as follows: up to $160k yr./. The actual compensation offered may vary based on job related factors such as experience, skills, education and location.

Own end-to-end architecture for SAP OTC processes including Order Management, Pricing, Billing, and Returns. Architect and guide Vistex solutions covering rebates, chargebacks, and pricing programs. Define scalable solutions aligned with SAP S/4

HANA roadmap and enterprise standards. Act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams.

Drive design and optimization of core OTC processes including order capture, pricing, contracts, billing, and revenue recognition. Ensure solutions are aligned with healthcare distribution and 3PL operating models.

Lead integrations across SAP ERP (ECC / S/4

HANA), warehouse systems (SAP EWM / other WMS), EDI transactions (850, 856, 810, 861), and external platforms. Ensure reliable and consistent data flow across the order-to-cash lifecycle.

Lead implementation and enhancement of Vistex processes including rebates, chargebacks, billbacks, and pricing agreements. Ensure solutions are compliant, scalable, and aligned with business requirements.
